Un nuovo orizzonte. Per salvare Chong, Benny e i suoi amici non esitano a partire di nuovo, ma non sono i soli a caccia dell'uomo: anche i mietitori vogliono mettere le mani sulla cura, e sono intenzionati a utilizzarla per rendere gli zombie più veloci e reattivi - un'armata in grado di spazzare via l'umanità... Benny Imura and his friends have finally found the jet and the sanctuary, but the two discoveries have proved rather disappointing: far from being a shelter, Sanctuary is nothing but a hospital for the terminally ill, while the pilots of the plane are simply bureaucrats who have abandoned all hope of a better future for humanity. With his friend Chong struggling between life and death, hanging by a thread at the little human that he left, the hopes of Benny on again when he learns that a scientist may have found a cure for the terrible scourge of the world. To save Chong, Benny and his friends don't hesitate starting again, but they are not the only ones hunting of man: even the harvesters want to get their hands on care, and are willing to use it to make zombies as fast and responsive-an army able to wipe out humanity.
